What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

53years male complain of nasal obstruction , discharge,headache,for 20 years,CT show polypoid mucosal thickening of shenoidal and maxillary and mild thickening of Rt ethmoidal....Other sinuses and recess ,bony boundaries normal, slight deviation of nasal septum to right.

Medications are required in the initial stage to control any ongoing infection before the surgery can be undertaken.
